 Tom Szoboszlay—Owner/ President
With 30 years experience in the construction and tenant improvement field, Tom Szoboszlay has worked as a designer, coordinator, consultant, facilities engineer and project manager for such industry leaders as IBM, Fairchild, Sun Microsystems and Avantek.
Tom founded Silicon Valley Construction in 1988 and utilizes his experience in design, engineering and project management to perform commercial and industrial projects for high-tech companies. Tom runs SVC with a commitment to quality and delivering professional results while completing projects on time and within budget.

 Mike Shanahan—Vice President
Mike Shanahan has been with Silicon Valley Construction since 1991 and has worked up through the ranks of carpenter, journeyman, foreman and estimator to his current position of Vice President of Operations.
A graduate of Humboldt State University with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry, Mike has years of experience in reforestation, quality control and surveying for tree planting projects and wild land fire suppression. His project management skills and emphasis on safety carries over to the attention to detail he brings to every SVC project.
