Eaton Corporation needed interior improvements and called on SVC for work on new H4 occupancy for labs, which involved coordination with hazmat specialists and the Bay Area Air Quality Management District. New construction included an electrical room, labs and interior fire corridor, two equipment pads with two generators and exterior awning. Restrooms were upgraded with new shower room and new handicap ramp.

• Fire sprinklers
• Mechanical equipment and ductwork
• Electrical distribution and lighting
• Plumbing and process piping
• Exterior equipment pads and enclosure
