A three-phase project was necessary in order to accommodate Zosano Pharma's needs for relocating personnel. SVC professionals removed walls and corridors, constructed office areas and remodeled large laboratories to accommodate pharmaceutical processes.
Work included:
• Wall demolition and construction
• Windows and glazing
• Doors and frames
• Coffee counters, cabinets and sinks
• Wall and graphics painting
• Lightwells, ceilings and soffits
• Fire sprinklers and fire alarm systems
• Mechanical, electrical and piping installations
• Carpet tiles, VCT patterns and welded seam floors
• Epoxy resin tops for chemical resistance
